Agency Sales Development Associate Intern
Role Summary:
We are looking for an Agency Sales Development Associate Intern to support our sales pipeline through prospecting, outreach, appointment setting, CRM updates, and follow-up with potential clients.
This internship is designed for someone who wants practical, hands-on experience in agency sales and is comfortable learning through real outreach, real conversations, and performance-based results. You will work closely with the sales team to understand how agencies identify prospects, start conversations, track leads, schedule meetings, and move opportunities through the pipeline.
This is an entry-level opportunity. Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required for candidates who are coachable, organized, self-motivated, and willing to consistently improve.
Growth & Training Opportunity:
We will provide training on our sales process, outreach approach, CRM workflow, appointment-setting standards, and follow-up system. You will learn how agency sales teams generate leads, qualify opportunities, communicate value, and support the sales process from first contact to scheduled meeting.
Strong performers may have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility over time, including helping train newer interns, assisting with team organization, and learning the basics of managing a small outreach team.
Leadership opportunities are based on consistency, performance, communication, and reliability. They are not guaranteed.
Compensation:
This is a 100% commission-based internship. There is no guaranteed hourly wage or base salary unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed to in writing.
This role is best suited for candidates who are comfortable with performance-based earning and understand that compensation depends on results. Commission details, eligibility, payment timing, and performance expectations will be explained clearly before acceptance of the role.
