McCosker Contracting, a fast growing Civil Construction company is seeking IT Support Engineers to join our team working in our Gladstone office.

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the IT strategic and operational requirements of McCosker. The successful candidate will work in a team of IT professionals, providing support and ensuring effective and stable technology can serve the business. Additionally, there will be opportunities to get involved in a range of exciting IT projects, contributing to continuous improvement of technology in the business.

The position offers a competitive salary and is based on a Monday to Friday schedule. It is an initial 12-month fixed-term contract with an opportunity for ongoing work.

To be successful you will have:

• Experience providing IT support to end users
• Experience troubleshooting common technical issues with desktops, laptops, printers, phones, tablets, and networking equipment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows server environments
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Advanced experience with MS Office applications
• Experience with configuration and management of windows desktop operating systems
• Excellent understanding of computer systems (hardware/software)
• Able to effectively communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders
• Current Drivers Licence

The following skills / experience will be highly advantageous:

• Experience creating and maintaining API's

• Experience managing MSSQL databases
• Ability to write SQL queries
• Power BI
• Crystal Reports
• ERP system management
• Automation
• SharePoint administration
• Knowledge of the civil construction industry
