Responsibilities:

• Assemble, test, and fine-tune custom gaming PCs with an emphasis on performance and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their gaming needs and preferences, providing expert advice on hardware selection.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest gaming hardware trends, ensuring Nebula PC remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues, optimising gaming systems for peak performance.
• Install and configure gaming peripherals, ensuring a seamless gaming experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to recommend gaming PC configurations based on customer requirements.
• Maintain an organised and visually appealing gaming PC.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building custom gaming PCs, with a keen understanding of gaming hardware and trends.
• In-depth knowledge of graphics cards, processors, cooling systems, and other gaming-specific components.
• Familiarity with gaming peripherals, including keyboards, mice, and monitors.
• Passion for staying current with the latest gaming titles, trends, and hardware advancements.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimise gaming systems for performance.
• Excellent attention to detail in both assembly and cable management.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
