North Mandurah PS is seeking an experienced, highly skilled and passionate Lead Education Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for an Education Assistant who is committed to supporting student success, building staff capability and contributing to a positive, inclusive school culture.
Our school includes a vibrant mainstream setting and a Specialist Learning Program (SLP) for students with Autism, with a strong focus on inclusion, collaboration and student wellbeing.

The Role
The Lead Education Assistant is a key member of the Student Services and Inclusion team. Working closely with the Principal, Deputy Principals, Student Services team and SLP Coordinator, the successful applicant should provide leadership, guidance and support to Education Assistants while ensuring students receive high-quality, consistent support across the school.
