Our 3-2-1 Hybrid Working Model

The Senior Test Analyst sits within the member experience workstream within the program and is responsible for defining and executing the quality strategy for the new website and member portal (MyRACP), a headless front end platform integrating with SSO, payment gateways, CORE APIs via AIS, and other enterprise services.

Your role:

• Contribute to the program-wide test strategy and execute against defined program test plans.
• Develop and maintain testing artefacts including test plans, test cases, execution reports and defect logs to support traceability and governance expectations.
• Execute test cycles across various environments including SIT, UAT and PVT across frontend and backend components of the platform.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks using modern tools such as Playwright or Selenium[HV1] .
• Participate in sprint planning, demonstrations and review sessions to validate delivered functionality against acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to testing readiness for formal testing windows and support remediation activities following defect identification.
• Define and enforce release readiness criteria, ensuring automated regression, integration validation, and risk assessment are completed prior to deployment.
• Provide strong guidance as the quality subject matter expert (SME), promoting industry standard testing practices across enterprise applications.
• Partner with Developers, Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and product stakeholders, Vendors to ensure shared understanding of business rules, system boundaries, and integration risks.

The successful applicant will have:

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience working as a Test Analyst
• Proven experience in leading quality assurance across complex, multi-system enterprise web platforms and applications
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) (Optimizely preferred)
• At least 3+ years of experience in implementing automated testing frameworks, using modern tools such as Playwright, Selenium, RestAssured, and Postman
• Strong experience in API testing, including REST and/or GraphQL services, and authentication mechanisms such as OAuth2 and JWT
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g. JavaScript, Java, or similar)
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration with automated testing frameworks
• Experience with test management tools – Azure Devops (desired) and JIRA
• Experience in validating complex data migrations, including data mapping verification, reconciliation testing, and downstream impact analysis across legacy and enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and iterative delivery models
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multi-vendor delivery environments
• Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and video/teleconferencing platforms
