We’re proud to share that members of our Talent Acquisition Leadership Team were recently invited to meet with Indeed at their Idea Center to collaborate on innovative strategies for expanding our reach to top talent across the ABA industry. These conversations focused on how we continue to grow intentionally and sustainably—specifically by increasing the number of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BCBAs/Supervisors available to serve clients nationwide. Strengthening our talent pipelines allows us to reduce wait times and expand access to care, ensuring more individuals and families receive the support they need across our locations throughout the country.
