Epoch Holding is the holding company of Epoch Investments Partners (EIP), a boutique investment manager and advisor serving corporations, endowments, foundations, and high-net-worth individuals. EIP also acts as a sub-advisor for several mutual funds for John Hancock and MainStay Investments, an affiliate of New York Life; the latter relationship accounts for more than 15% of Epoch's annual revenue. The company sells its products through investment consultants, private banks, asset managers, and other third-party distributors. It serves clients in the US, Australia, Canada, Japan, and the UK.
