A Passionate and Creative Studio with a Strong Vision

Pros

10 Chambers is a highly creative and ambitious studio focused on developing genre-defining games. While growing rapidly, the company has worked hard to maintain a collaborative and down-to-earth culture, more entrepreneurial than corporate. The Creative Director brings a strong artistic vision, that helps guide development with experience and purpose. The studio is full of passionate and driven individuals who genuinely care about their work and about each other. The office space is well-designed, and there are regular initiatives, both formal and informal, that foster connection and help sustain a positive, inclusive atmosphere. There’s a clear ambition not only to create standout games, but also to build a great place to work. While it’s not always possible to please everyone, leadership continues to adapt and improve both daily operations and long-term planning. If you’re adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, it’s a fantastic place to work!

Cons

As with many companies navigating rapid growth, 10 Chambers has experienced some natural growing pains. Not every hire has been the right fit, and a few organizational changes have caused temporary friction. These challenges, while common in scale-up environments, have likely contributed to some of the negative sentiments seen in other reviews.

Pros

Beautiful office, generous perks, and genuinely great people. The project is exciting and creatively ambitious.

Cons

The studio has gone through a lot of change in the past year, bringing growing pains and moments of uncertainty. Internal alignment can occasionally feel off, priorities shift quickly, and communication can sometimes fall short or feel unclear, making it hard to get a grasp of the bigger picture.

Fast paced scale-up

Pros

A dynamic work place with great compensations and benefits. Skills matters more than CV or experience. The atmosphere in the office is great compared to last year. Our new title is taking shape and is exciting to work on!

Cons

The company has grown from a small flat company to a company with over 100 employees in a few years. With that has come growth pains. It maybe goes without saying, but the ways of working with 10 does not work when you're 100. Hence things move very fast and ways of working have to change with the growth. There has been a bit of shuffling around in both management and regular employees to fit the new structure. If you're not used to a dynamic and agile work place, this might be a challenge.
