      My experience with 100Insure has surely been a positive one. This company truly cares about it's employees, and is not afraid to show it. Working here, I have been blessed with ample tools to grow and succeed within the company. The floor managers (Dwayne and Monique) are incredibly resourceful and have guided me gracefully to my position as a peer mentor. Thank you for all of your support!

      Pros

      The reason I love working here because it’s positive people that care and are willing to help you do better at your job. I’m thankful for Aisha Mo, Dwayne, Dave, Jazz, and Sebastian for being a great support since i started working here. I’m always comfortable going to Aisha when i have a problem because she will do her best to help me.

      Pros

      Management will listen to your needs and concerns. They coach you every step of the way and will not lead you astray. Everyone is super positive and encourages success for everybody. I enjoy working for a company that actually cares for the wellbeing and outcome of the recipients we help on a day to day basis. Floor staff is always on top of making sure we are comfortable in the environment we are in 8 hours a day, especially Aisha!

      Cons

      We get sent home on "slow days" if we are not "preforming". Training classes could be a little bit more thorough especially for people who have never worked in this type of environment or industry before. The floor can be a little too loud when we are on the line sometimes.
