      Pros

      Interesting projects, competitive salaries and benefits, supportive peers, team leads and managers. This is a good place to work and grow as an engineer. There's also a flexible Personal development budget to buy time off, take courses and classes.

      Cons

      Remote work can be challenging. You have to be proactive and aware of your obligations and responsibility.

      Opportunities to work with smart, driven people Fair pay and flexible work from home schedule Some great client partnerships including some of the large tech companies, publishers and other industries There is a fantastic culture here which focuses on progression & encouraging and empowering learning

      Benefits could be improved - holiday / PTO could be better, no sick pay, maternity / paternity are minimal
