- Great company culture that values all opinions and viewpoints, seeks and listens to feedback, and places trust in their employees. - Strong values that they pay more than lip service to and actually invest on following through on. - Competitive starting pay, interviews and negotiates professionally and respectfully. - Growth opportunities abound and leadership is active in encouraging and enabling growth.

Cons

- Rapid growth shows. Still some "small business" habits and systems that struggle to support current size and goals. - Post-hire benefit and salary growth is not systematized and needs updating.
