      Pros

      Great team of people that are dedicated to delivering the best DEX platform. Excellent knowledge and skillset across the org which allows you to grow rapidly and gain experience across small/med/enterprise accounts. The product is very agile and has improved significantly since joining, with a strong vision for the future. Work life balance has been excellent and support is always there if needed. I've grown in my career tremendously since joining.

      Cons

      Turnover across other teams has made cross team collaboration more difficult at times, but a new acquisition is showing improvement in this area
