      This company not only gives amazing growth opportunity, but it also teaches you a lot of skills that you can take into the field as well as many other aspects in your life. This career choice is the best one that I have made!

      Cons

      It is hard work so it is not made for everyone, but it is definitely worth it.

      Pros

      Great opportunity to grow at your own pace, a lot of knowledgeable people with experience always open and free to help with anything you need. Super positive work environment, great leadership from the CEO and coo. They're always there to help and work through problems. Can't wait to see what comes next!

      Cons

      No downside, everything is explained thoroughly in orientation as to what's to be expected.

      Pros

      They are not only interested in business, they care about you as a person and want to see you grow. When I was in the business I learned so much that changed me as a person. I had to move out of the state and was sad to leave. 20/20 is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. The opportunity is what it's all about.

      Cons

      The only con is that I had to leave the state.
