      So happy to have found this organization. Not only does it do phenomenal work, it's sincerely one of the best places I've ever worked.

      Welcoming and understanding management, great relationships built with older housing residents as well as senior staff.

      Cons

      The specific "intern" position is usually temporary, and It was sad to leave.

      Pros

      I feel that my coworkers really support me and value my work. Great benefits. Rewarding environment where you can really make a difference in people's lives. My creativity is encouraged, so I get the opportunity to innovate systems and build new programs as I like! The company offers professional development and networking opportunities. I love that there is room for growth and career advancement within the company.

      Cons

      Because we are rapidly growing, sometimes it feels like there isn't enough staff for all the work that needs to be done.
