When concerns were raised, the response was dismissive and intimidating; our manager blatantly stated that any dissatisfied employee was easily replaceable, highlighting a disregard for staff well-being.
Safety measures were inadequate. Social distancing norms were frequently violated, and mask mandates were not enforced, compromising our health. Additionally, essential supplies like hydroalcoholic dispensers were often stolen, further reducing our protection against the virus.
