I am currently the Client Success Manager at 360 Financial. I love working with our clients and my teammates. I often hear that Culture is the number one most important attribute an office can have. We have it! As a team we are able to motivate each other, work hard, and have some fun at the same time. This is truly an environment that you can thrive in; while being given endless opportunities.
Cons
Hmm those Friday Summer hours really get to you- NOT! We get the opportunity to leave at 3 pm on Fridays to jump start the weekend. This is well appreciated by all of us.

Pros
The company is focused on growth, both the growth of the company but also growth for employees. Higher management pushes you to do challenging projects but is also there to offer guidance and additional insight. They truly care about your well-being, your opinion, and your ideas for the company. The company culture is extremely welcoming, fun, but also productive. Jean Fridays, team outings, birthday lunches, and summer Friday hours are just a few fun perks of being part of the team.
Cons
I've worked here for almost a year and besides my commute (which is my own doing), I cannot think of any red flag cons.
