      - Perfect service and product which has very high demand in market. - Career Path and development. - Positive and motivating work environment and culture. - Employee development and satisfaction quarterly surveys to develop plans and enhance new ideas to maintain and improve the culture and workplace to achieve a better employee experience to gain satisfaction and employee loyalty and a great environment. - Open door policy and easy to communicate and reach upper management. - Implementing career development and trainings to the employees to increase career progression opportunities. - Satisfying monthly pay and compensations along with a great commission scheme and amazing cash rewards and recognition for top performers and achievers who add value or create something special or a positive impact. - Team building budgets and plans on a monthly basis. - Vacations and company outings and events to motivate and enhance the team work environment and to recharge the employee's energies. - A variety of benefits to fit the market competition.

      Cons

      Staff shortage and turnover, slow expansion plans, and ex employees work of mouth about their bad experience with management and the work place which created and affected the companies reputation and a bad impression for the company as a work place comparing to the market. However, I don't think that this is how it's going currently, and I can see a lot of change and development in the workplace from my own experience and my time there which is obvious and should be highlighted since they implemented a new "People & Culture Dept." in the HR to concentrate on the things they were weak as to improve and to work on and aim towards having a great workplace and employee experience by creating a quarter surveys system and analyze the exact and important areas that require improvement and a development plan.
