      Pros

      Great culture, awesome people, relaxed atmosphere. Love the location and office space. Social events, AMAs, Fireside Chats, and Internal Knowledge Exchanges are great. Little to no office politics, and there's not a single person I don't enjoy working with.

      Cons

      Not the most comfortable chairs in the world. Would be nice to have more diverse kitchen appliances. Would enjoy more face time with execs in a non-work-related setting.

      Pros

      People are talented, smart and encouraged to bring forward ideas and enhancements. Leadership does a good job being open and sharing whats going on in the company and the industry. Enjoy the IKE sessions.

      Cons

      Lots of change, good and bad, over the past year as part of growing pains and, still basically, a start-up which creates some confusion and a murky long run vision.

      Pros

      Transparency from the higher ups. Good focus on the important aspects of team culture. Learned a heck of a lot. Coffee machine is sweet.

      Cons

      Location is not optimal. Onboarding can be improved. Would like to see more pair programming and hackathon days when appropriate.
