- Trust from leaders to make decisions and work independently. - Everyone is paid at the top 10% for our industry at San Francisco salary levels, regardless of where we live. - $70,000 salary floor. - Work/life/sleep balance. - 4-day (32 hour) work weeks from May 1 through August 31 every year. - There's 16 countries represented in the company, so I get to work with people globally. - No expectation to respond to things immediately. - A lot less meetings than other companies.
