      Pros

      Amazing company culture. The people are very nice and helpful. I felt like I could ask anyone for help if I ran into a problem. The CEO is incredibly personable and makes his employees feel at home.

      Cons

      I have no complaints about 3DEO. The commute wasn't great for me.

      Great Company Culture

      Pros

      Everyone here is driven and hard working but they all still manage to be very welcoming. You can strike up a conversation with anybody who isn't in your department and walk away feeling good and like you weren't bothering them. Management emphasizes maintaining open communication to solve problems in the best way possible. Company events are fun and engaging and monthly luncheons are delicious. Rewards are worth it for going above and beyond.

      Cons

      Since it's a startup, demand for growth is high. You may have to do more than is outlined on your job description, but management does recognize you for extra work you put in.
