Pros
You get to learn a lot in a short period of time and with a lot of support. The work environment is very collaborative. You have both the freedom which in my opinion leads to higher sense of responsibility, both of which I look for in an organization. People working here are very passionate about what they are doing which makes the environment very lively. If the culture and values section had 10 stars, I would give 3Top all 10 stars.

Great experience working there. Great atmosphere. Very interesting projects involving cutting edge techs.
Cons
Salary is not what you could get in finance, but this is compensated by the pros and the equity they give to emplyees.
