This was a great place to work with good management and opportunities to work hard and make some great things. It was really sad to see them go out of business, but we wish them the best as they rebuild. The transition was done as well as could be to make sure that all were taken care of.

The Employees, great pay, great benefits, management is always there if you have an issue, breaks are very well put together

Cons

We are going through growing pains, swing shift isshort on staff, it gets really hot in the shop during the day.

Family based work team! Culture is based on a lean manufacturing/team environment where your voice is always heard. New management structure implemented providing support to all levels of employees. New equipment makes the work fun and enjoyable. The pay and benefits are also very competitive for Cache Valley, work hard and be rewarded kind of atmosphere.

Cons

Break area for employees could use improvement.
