      -Employees are respected here — they are heard, and their skills are valued. -Management is very approachable and involved in the work. -Employee well-being is an important part of the work process. - If your skills match the company’s requirements, the employer is flexible about hiring you from any location. -4flow has a value that 'the customer is our God', but I feel they treat employees with the same level of importance.

      You should be a very hands-on person. If you’re a “sounds like your problem” type of person, you won’t stay here for long.
