Pros

I've been with the company for over two years as a Brand Solutions Manager, and if I had to describe it in one line, it's a place that will challenge you every single day. The expectations are high, deadlines can be tight, and the HR policies initially felt quite strict. In the beginning, I honestly thought the HR team was a bit tough because they are particular about attendance, accountability and following processes. But over time I realised the policies are applied consistently, and whenever there's a genuine reason, they're willing to listen. One experience that completely changed my perspective was during my second year when I had a family emergency. I discussed the situation openly with my manager and HR, and without making things difficult, they approved an additional 15 days of paid leave so I could be with my family. That level of support meant a lot to me and showed that while the company expects professionalism, it also understands that life happens. From a work perspective, you'll get responsibilities much earlier than you probably expect. If you're someone who likes ownership and wants to learn quickly, you'll enjoy working here. I've worked on large brands, collaborated with different teams, and learned much more than what my role originally required. This isn't the kind of company where you can just do the bare minimum. People who take initiative generally get noticed and are trusted with bigger opportunities. Even interns are encouraged to contribute ideas and work on actual client projects instead of just shadowing others. High ownership and responsibility. Exposure to well-known brands and diverse industries. Merit-based growth and learning opportunities. Leadership is approachable when you have genuine concerns. HR may seem strict initially but is fair and understanding in real situations. Fast-paced environment that helps you grow professionally.

Cons

Expectations are high and the pace can be intense. You'll need to manage your time well because priorities can change quickly. Not ideal for someone looking for a very relaxed or highly structured workplace.

Pros

I joined as a Senior Creative Producer, and one thing that stood out immediately was the amount of ownership people are trusted with. Unlike many agencies where responsibilities are limited by designation, here your growth depends far more on your capability than your title. If you consistently deliver and show initiative, you'll find yourself leading projects and making decisions much earlier than expected. One of the biggest advantages is the exposure. From the very beginning, you get the opportunity to work on well-known brands across different industries. Whether you're an intern, a fresher, or an experienced professional, the focus is on your potential. If you have good ideas and can execute them well, you're encouraged to contribute instead of being judged based on experience alone. The learning curve is steep in the best possible way. Every project pushes you to think strategically, creatively, and commercially. You're exposed not just to content creation but also to branding, marketing, client management, AI-driven workflows, campaign planning, and business thinking. It is an environment where you can develop skills much faster than in a traditional agency. Another aspect I appreciated was the entrepreneurial culture. Experimentation is encouraged, and team members are given the freedom to test new concepts, formats, and technologies. Good ideas are heard regardless of hierarchy, making it a rewarding workplace for people who enjoy solving problems and taking ownership. The leadership expects accountability and high standards, but they are also willing to invest time in people who genuinely want to improve. If you are proactive, ask questions, and take responsibility, you'll receive opportunities that many professionals have to wait years for elsewhere.

Cons

The pace can be demanding, especially during major campaign launches. Expectations are high, so people looking for a slow or highly structured work environment may find it challenging. Since responsibilities increase quickly, time management and adaptability are essential.

Pros

Great learning environment, high ownership, exposure to diverse brands, supportive leadership, and strong focus on innovation and AI. Opportunities to work directly with leadership and decision-makers. This was my first job, and it gave me an opportunity to learn very quickly. I was exposed to different clients, projects, and responsibilities from an early stage, which helped me build practical skills much faster than I expected. The team was supportive, and there was always something new to learn.

Cons

Team members often handle diverse responsibilities, requiring strong prioritization skills. Rapid growth can sometimes mean adapting quickly to changing business needs. No Remote work option available.
