      Working with designers was great.

      Cons

      The owner is a bully to her staff, and openly talks bad about everyone to other employees. VERY toxic environment. Employees are following in her footsteps, everyone is nice to your face, but gossips and looks for any reason to complain about what someone else is doing. This company does not give any raises, ever. There is a thief that works there. make sure not to leave any valuables around.
