      Pros

      I've worked at companies big and small and this place is uniquely stacked with kind and interesting people. There's a growing sense of openness and a big focus on fostering collaboration across all parts of the company. Another big plus A2H has going for it is it's focused on mission-driven work. The ownership is serious about it. Priority is placed on projects not just because of size or dollars but on value to the community.

      Cons

      As with any company that's transitioning from a truly small business into being a medium size business, there are some growing pains. Nothing major, just requires some empathy and patience to understand how growth is changing the business.

      Awesome place to work, big company with small company feel. Get Friday afternoons off with great management
