I really enjoy everyone I work with. Since this is a globally remote company, it is great chance to meet people from all over the world.
Cons
Coordinating multiple timezones are at times tough.

Pros
It's a unique environment working at A2X, we are global yet working from home. We have people visiting and the option of a work hub if that suits. People are globally spread out yet we are all able to connect via video chat.
Cons
Too close to my fridge.
