      Pros

      AANA is incredibly inclusive, diverse, and growth oriented. New ideas are celebrated here, and all employees (no matter the level) are empowered to make a big impact at the company. The leadership at the company is also very transparent and includes all employees in big decisions. One of the best perks is the work life balance which includes the opportunity to work remote and a 4-day work week -- no work on Fridays!
