It’s good to read you enjoyed your time at AB Dynamics, it's certainly and interesting field and we pride ourselves on offering competitive packages as our business continues to grow. Our location can be challenging but we do feel lucky to be located in such a beautiful town, we have a train station and ample parking which does make getting to us easier. I understand there are many things our employees would like to know, and we have taken steps to further improve communication, there will however always be things that management cannot share.       Ambitious, evolving company

      Pros

      I enjoy the autonomy in my role. Although there are teething problems with the development of the business, there is tangible progress. Part of an exciting, progressive international group.

      Cons

      Communication within my team is good, but how things are generally communicated across the company is poor. Some wider teething problems with the evolution of the company.

      Good engineering spirit

      Management never seems to give out a full bonus to engineering

      Thank you for your review and marking us 5*, being surround by people who you enjoy working with definitely makes your job more enjoyable! Regarding the bonus, this is calculated the same across all department, 50% of the bonus is based on the company hitting financial targets and 50% is based on individual KPI's. Full bonuses were not achieved last year due to the company falling short of its financial target, this was the same for everyone across AB Dynamics.
