Pros
Opportunities to grow and take ownership of your role / try new things. A lot of chances to gain experience. Decent entry level positions.
Cons
Pay should be better and workload can be overwhelming at times. Former leadership was frustrating to deal with and didn't listen to employees often.

Pros
Working days (mon-fri) were great for family time, management did make an effort to listen to PTO and vacation requests and accommodate everyone as best they could, knew what to expect daily.
Cons
Talent was constantly leaving and coming, expectations from upper management were at times delusional, there was very little room to take on creative projects while editing the daily newscasts or left alone to edit them all, communication was severely lacking.
