Pros

Flexible work schedule, 4 Day work weeks, Good benefit package, Room for advancement. Gives second chances, I departed and was able to come back realized I was listening to wrong voices.

Cons

Changing environment and growing quickly. mixture of new and longtime employees some need purged they are just stuck in their ways. and the past holding up growth.

Committed to growth. ABCO # 1 asset is it's team of committed and competent employees capable of delivering best in class, custom automation to the who's who of manufacturers. Most folks will tell you that ABCO is a great place to work with competitive pay, profit sharing and benefits to boot.

Cons

Grabbing at straws here but more parking would be nice. :)
