Pros
Flexible schedule, family feeling environment, great location, nice office. Human Resources shows appreciation to the whole office by doing fun stuff and treats.
Cons
Pay and benefits. They stopped giving raises during the most crucial time with cost of living skyrocketing. Training is lacking due to short staffed. Everyone is over worked and under paid. They no longer make you feel appreciated by increasing work load, stress levels, and no increase in pay or benefits.

Pros
Nice working space and local management (expect for 1) is all good. The 1 has been there for many years and she needs to go. Ok pay, but it could be better.
Cons
Benefits, pay and upper management (1 local manager + the VA based upper management) Upper management spoke to it's employees like trash.
