      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Filled with genuine and hard working people which creates a motivating environment without the unnecessary stress. Additionally, has so much room for growth. Managers are willing and able to help you reach that next step. Local upper management is transparent, will tell you exactly how it is, why it is, and what’s to come.

      Cons

      Not really a con since it’s how most businesses operate… but owners are a private equity firm mainly focused on revenue generation.

      Best people and company I ever worked with. Really helpful team.

      Cons

      Did not have an offer for me even though they said they did. Wanted me to continue in the intern role for a couple more months, which did not make sense.
