      The team is very experienced and detail-oriented. If you work here you can produce high-quality work. Pay tends to be better than average.

      Junior Structural Engineers are not given a lot of site visits.

      The pay and working culture should appeal to most candidates. I know I enjoy my colleagues and we have a good time at work.

      The hours are long and it is difficult to get time off. I would recommend allowing greater work flexibility.
