      Pros

      They say they are "People Powered" and its true. The people here are great. There is a lot of training and support available. Everyone seems to really care about what they do and want to make a positive impact. The company seems to care about the people who work here. There is a real focus on client care and supporting communities. I enjoy my role and feel the work that I do has a positive impact.

      Cons

      The company has grown quickly and this has created some challenges, but they seem to be making real efforts to invest in supporting growth.
