      Pros

      AC is good company to work for. The company offer remote working which is good. Due this work/life balance is in balance. The company has an amazing company culture. The members of the teams are very supportive and helpful. The management is approachable.

      Cons

      Not really. More training and incentive trips are always welcome.

I love your comment about the support you receive from your teammates as this is something that I can see across the business and I believe it says a great deal about the type of people we have in the team and their characteristics and the way in which we have recruited people post COVID. More training is noted and is certainly on the agenda as you will be aware we have recently promoted internally a new Training and Office Manager and as this role evolves so more and more training will begin to be set up and offered to enable you to build a wider skill set. Thank you for being part of the team and a key part of our ongoing success.

      Pros

      Career development opportunities, flexible working (hybrid/remote working), care & wellbeing of employees, good holiday allowances and paid sick leave. Support from management and peers - working well as a team. Good communication within the company.

      Cons

      Very difficult to think of any cons - the company is amazing to work for with lots of potential for personal growth and development opportunities!
