      Pros

      Larger size firm with various departments that specialize in certain areas like private vs public clientele. This gives the ability to put your focus in on one certain area or try something new if you ask to change departments. ACM also has a large presence in Los Angeles for a very long time (over 100 years) which makes it feel very prestigious to be apart of its legacy. The people are all generally really nice and down to earth. I’ve learned a lot here as a junior designer.

      Cons

      Feels like a corporate atmosphere. It takes a while to find your place within all the various levels of employees and managers. But once you do it’s great.
