      Upper management wants you to succeed, DM is willing to help.

      Cons

      Having split days offs, they do give you the option to have one weekend off a month. If they can get a traveling manager to cover your store.

      Pros

      Incredible ownership, they practice what they preach and are high integrity people. Honest, safe, fun working environment. Most benefits are very good. Very stable business.

      Cons

      Some PTO block outs, not enough PTO til you've worked 3 years.
