      Pros

      Working at ACO Inc. has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The company constantly strides to improve processes and offerings for both internal and external customers. Team work is encouraged and adds to the success of the company. Fair pay and comp package, and work-life balance is achievable.

      Cons

      Fast-paced environment, which may not be for everyone.

      Lots of Great Things at ACO

      Pros

      -Great CEO who knows most employees names -Good leadership -Everyone helps each other -Many long term employees (over 7 years) -Almost completely American made products that most consider the best in the industry -Great benefits -PTO increases by one day per year -5 days sick time annually

      Cons

      -The company isn't large, so not much room to move up. -A holiday was taken away (good Friday) which was a really nice paid break between New Year's and Memorial Day. So that's a long haul. -PTO starts out with an accrual rate that only equals 10 days per year the first year.
