      What a shame!

      Pros

      Great experience, know a lot of people, time for everything, learn about anything in construction, great co workers and colleagues.

      Cons

      Poor pay, late in payments, poor management back up, lack of commitment or help to the employees, lack of resources.

      Pros

      NONE. Pay not good, NEVER on time, if you leave for any reason you will not get your salary. NO SUPPORT from main office. Only goal in this company is to have the monthly certifacion on time for the client.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. This is a bfokerage engineering company whose only goal is to find engineers with low pay to do the required work but have no knowledge of professional principles in this industry. I don't recommend this environment to anybody.
