Pros

Coronavirus is peeking and my bosses are doing their best to keep all their employees employed I overheard my boss on the phone saying he wanted to take care of his employees more than anything we have employees that have had their hours cut in half still showing up to work for free if that doesn’t tell you how loyal we are I don’t know what would. I’ve been in this business over 30 years and I just now feel part of the family

Cons

Can’t think of any right now

Pros

They really push the staff to become experts on the industry. We have classes weekly to ensure product knowledge as well as regular manufacturer trainings.... Great travel oppoutunitys!! I have been told numerous times that we are not just salesmen but experts in our field. I enjoy being held to a higher standard than our competitors. Self pride

Cons

Sometimes it can be a fast pace environment which not everyone is cut out for. I see it as a challenge and an opportunity to excell.
