      Pros

      The company treats people as family and really listen to their employees. They focus on people's needs and try to make you feel secure on your role. At ADM you will grow not just professionally, but personally.

      Cons

      You work on multiple projects at the same time (which can end up being a good thing because you get more experience)

      - Exposure to various embedded platforms/technologies - Great people - Loose Hierarchy (could be plus or minus depending on situation) - Get to work directly with Electrical Engineer/PCB Board Designer - Small company so your voice will be heard on technical suggestions to projects

      - Pay - Many projects at once (Granted some of them are of relatively minor complexity but it adds up when due dates come up) - Loose Hierarchy (could be plus or minus depending on situation) - Location
