A very dynamic and engaging environment, if you want your engineering skills to be challenged on a regular basis this is a great place to work. Customers are always bringing new requirements to meet or products and materials to test. I have been working with Rich for 25 years and I can say that it has been a pleasure seeing the company grow to where it is today.

I've been here for 25 years, if I had cons I would have left a long time ago.

Rich Gedney, the founder and CEO of ADMET is an involved and hands on leader who is as comfortable on the phone with customer engineers as he is on the production floor. Speaking specifically for the sales and marketing team, everyone works together with the goal of providing customers engineered solutions that meet their exact needs. This is a very dynamic experience as each industry and each customer is unique. An aerospace application on Monday, biomedical on Wednesday, university research on Thursday and metal alloying on Friday.
Cons
Although it is possible, it can be a challenge to work here if you do not have an engineering background.
