I've worked remotely for more than 6 months with AE3 and I've thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Management is really focused on creating a positive environment for all employees, even though everyone is remote. We do a lot of fun things as a company like lunches, happy hours and fun zoom hangouts like Pictionary. The workload is appropriate and they really value employees having a work/life balance. Everyone has been really nice and welcoming to new employees, I've received a lot of help onboarding and did not feel like I was thrown into a position without any help. Everyone in the company is really happy to be there and are passionate about this field so it makes working with everyone really enjoyable.

This firm offers a strong benefits package; 4 weeks of PTO a year with no waiting period, an additional two weeks of paid time off between Christmas and New Years (doesn't count towards your 4 weeks of PTO), $350 a month towards medical/dental/vision, 401k plan with company match after 6 months, commuter benefits program (pre-tax dollars towards commuting costs is a huge savings to you annually), and company paid accident insurance. The principals are approachable, and the company has wonderful ethics and core values.
