      Pros

      Culture is great. I love the ownership, flexibility, and autonomy here. People are passionate, collaborative, and self-motivated; the team appreciates individuals' work and contribution, and truly cares about people. Manager is very supportive, and always encourage me to dig into my interest at work. Many opportunities for continuous learning. HR team is reliable and efficient. H1B/OPT employees friendly.

      Lack of salary raise / bonus plan; they seemed to be working on it by the time I left though

      Interesting engineering challenges

      Pros

      The product and engineering team is not afraid to push the boundaries with technology. There are many interesting engineering challenges and we are encouraged to make use of the latest and greatest tech (like SwiftUI and Combine). There is also a refreshing combination of work life balance that usually isnt seen at a startup this size.

      Its a startup....AEDIT is still trying to experiment with the product and evolving it as we learn more about our users
