      Pros

      The owner of the company is very flexible to work with. He offers constructive criticism and is always willing to listen and coach me to do my job better. The financial controller is always very helpful and was very patient training me in my first few months and always willing to give me tips and help me to excel at my job. I'm very happy to be working here.

      It gets very stressful sometimes because the nature of my job is very stressful, sensitive and confidential

      - My work and experience here are valued and I am given latitude to make decisions without management meddling. - Company treats you like an adult and allows you to keep your own hours as long as you are getting your work done. - People that produce high quality work consistently are promoted and work here for years. - Company is constantly planning fun outings and celebrations for staff. - Time off is respected and not expected to respond to emails, etc. when taking PTO.

      Cons

      - The overall team lacks experience in some departments and puts too much trust in junior team members that need more guidance.

      Open Communication and Healthy Work Environment with Management

      -Open communication is possible with management and makes a huge difference - They listen and understand that harboring a fun and healthy work environment makes employees want to stay and show up - Do appreciate hard work and effort (the people saying otherwise might want to look inward at why they weren't getting quite as much praise...)

      Cons

      - It's a busy time for everyone in this industry right now, everyone is busy, including this company and it's employees.
