Small Company everyone knows each other and when you need to resolve something it's easy and fast.
Cons
The workflow processes are not well defined and everyone does what they think is best, missing some leadership on projects,

Pros
Very good team of people and strong strategy. AGENTIL's management team is really taking care of the employees. Work conditions are very good. Staff Turnover is very low which is a good sign. Transparent communication to every employee. Strong values.
Cons
Startup constraints - multiple project at the same time, very dynamic strategy which ask everyone to question himself about the way he is working. Compensation are depending on the company results. Even if for the last 3 years every employees got a compensation it could happen that no compensation will be given if results are not achieved.
