      Career growth, excellent packages including attractive bonuses , and annual appraisals. Recognition of hard work

      Cons

      The leading partner is very kind if the staff do not pass the probationary period. He allows them time to find work and assist them in any possible way, whatever the circumstances may be. Some of whom may take advantage of this.
