      Good company to work for

      Pros

      This is a good company to work for. I started out as a stock controller, then the company agreed to put me on a Level 2 Diploma in Refrigeration. I have since become qualified and have been learning on the road. I feel the money is good despite what I've read on here. Everybody gets paid accordingly to what they do, their skillset and their level of responsibility.

      Cons

      Not really a complaint, but service department can get extremely busy and is not suited for everyone. Some applicants may need to consider if this is actually ideal for them.
