Fun,active job. The majority of the staff are very friendly and helpful, always willing to help.
Cons
Days can be very stressful, be prepared to take extremely short breaks(if any).

Independent workplace, you make your own hours, software is easy to use.
Cons
Long hours, management drama, sitting for long periods, have to be the "bad guy" to other employees once and awhile.
